3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept multiple payment methods including:
  • Multicaixa Express
  • AppyPay
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • POS card payment at delivery
• Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment or explicit confirmation in the case of COD.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders placed before 12 PM midday may qualify for same-day delivery.
• Free delivery may apply on orders above a certain value, regardless of location.
• Orders below that threshold may incur a delivery fee based on your address.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
• Fruits and vegetables are eligible only for replacement, not refunds, if received in poor condition.
