Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please find below the terms and conditions of our return and refund policy.
Returns and Refunds — General Products
• We accept returns of non-perishable items within 7 days of delivery, provided the products are in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
• To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us via email or customer service phone number with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
• Promotional, discounted, or customized products are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
Fresh Vegetables and Produce
• As these are perishable goods, vegetables and fresh produce are not eligible for refunds.
• If a customer receives spoiled or damaged vegetables, we will replace them free of charge, provided the complaint is made within 24 hours of delivery and includes photo evidence of the issue.
• Replacements will be delivered with the next order or as per mutual agreement.
Important Notes
• We do not accept returns of consumables that have been opened or partially used.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
